Returns for Store Credit Only

We accept returns for store credit only.

We do offer exchanges.

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at office@jewelersguild.bizwith your order number
  2. We will provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit
  • Store credit will be sent via email and can be used on future purchases
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
